I usually play on pc.
Now I went to my parents house for Xmas vacation and downloaded the game on my phone. Suddenly it tells me my decks have missing cards. I am in the right server, friends list is working properly, but I have lost some cards, for example shaku the collector, swashburglars and some other cards. I don’t know how many more are missing as I obviously don’t know every single card by heart in my collection. I have played the rogue deck many times so I hope there is a way you can verify that I owned these cards. I tried removing the cards from my deck and readding them but they don’t show up as owned, but instead just as craftable. Yes I used the search feature and the all cards tab. My cards are simply gone. I don’t know if they are also gone on pc as that is in my dorm. Help please
Shaku the collector+swashburglar are wild cards that were just brought back temporarily for the “Doom in the Tomb” event, which has ended 1/2 days ago. All wild cards have been removed from standard.
IMPORTANT NOTE: While these cards were re-introduced during the Doom in the Tomb event, they will remain in Standard past the event’s conclusion, until the launch of our next major update. More details will be shared, including exact end dates and times, in the coming weeks.

I understand but even other rogue spells are gone, and they’re gone from my collection, not just the standard tab, but all cards tab
Yes. At first, my rogue deck became incomplete. It became 27/30. When i re-edit the deck, i found the 2 swashburglars and can add them back to the deck… But then Shaku is lost. Its not in my collection anymore. Please, is there any way I can get back my missing cards? How do I complain to the admin. Please help.
Did you already own Shaku before the Doom of the Tomb event started?
The copy you played with in the past two months was given to you temporarily. Not permanently. And it has now been taken away again, as it has from all other players.
Also, have you checked that you are looking in wild cards when searching for Shaku? By default, he game shows standard cards only.
You could try opening a ticket with customer support. But double check first my suggestions above.
Thanks big hugger. Yes, I have owned Shaku for a long long time. Definitely more than just few months. Ok, will open ticket to customer service for it. Thanks for the suggestion. Though im not sure how to open ticket.
Top right of this forum screen is a link that reads “Support”. Click that, then “Hearthstone” / “Account & In-Game” / “Contact Support”
