Hey guys, so I managed to reach 6 platinum last month (yes I suck and I’m ok with that) but now I’m at 5 gold and no more bonus… Shouldn’t I get it to 10 platinum? Don’t understand how it works…

Hello… no you are not suck… Platinum 10 was my highest rank too for a long time, but I played my own deck and thats what makes me happy… to win with my own deck. Created 110 decks in total until I managed to reach Diamond 10 and 5 atlast. Platinum rank is not bad mate… just learn from you mistakes and you will make it higher soon. Bonus stars are given to you each month not until the last big step you reached, but one back. For example, if you reached Platinum 10, then your bonus stars will last only until Golden 5. (I have reached Diamond 5 last month and got bonus stars until Diamond 10, just to explain a little bit better) I hope that helps.
Huh, that is weird, you’re right that you should get them at gold 5.
Confirmed by a GM, it’s a bug…

And just to reiterate…you don’t suck. Plat 5 is a very respectable level to get to. It’s estimated only 0.5%-1% of the player base reach Legendary so don’t be disheartened, you are performing well
