When I look at the in-game shop, all the way at the bottom, it says I own the Curse of Naxxramas adventure, but in the Solo Adventures menu the 2nd through the last wings are locked. I have completed the Arachnid Quarter on normal, but the Plague Quarter wants me to buy it for 6.99 or 700 gold…
When I look at heroic mode, the Arachnid Quarter is open (haven’t completed any of the 3 bosses), and when I first open the page the Plague Quarter has the same “buy” button as it does on normal, except it drops out after about 2 seconds and it creates a visual glitch where I just see the purple brick background.
What gives?
This has happened to me with a different solo adventure. Contact support and they can check if you own it and if so, unlock it for you.
I contacted support and they said that I must have bought one wing back in 2014, which is why the store considers it “Owned”. But if I remember correctly the first wing was always free, plus the store explicitly says owning it means “unlock ALL wings”, so this is kind of misleading.
Well, based on this: https://hearthstone.fandom.com/wiki/Curse_of_Naxxramas, all wings had to be bought, even the first one. It also shows the pricing in those days - possible to buy per wing etc.
