Ended my run on duels. Collected reward, now there’s an empty chest and can’t move on to a new duel. Restart game, same thing. Deleted game, reinstalled. Same thing. Help!

Ssme issue, enlessly says resume game that is finished, freezes when I try to resolve rewards.

TL;DR - the same issue
longer desc:
during my last game of duels I switched network from 4G to Wi-Fi. The client
reconnected correctly, but after the game (I lost the game and the run) - I couldn’t finish the run properly. Now when I click duels I can only resume the run and be taken to the end screen, from which I cannot exit. I have to restart the client. It has been like that for a couple of days now.
