Can we get a way to report griefing/active afk people, thanks. In duos ofc.

Blizzard must implement this ASAP.
If you look at ranking loss due to coming last ie 4th it’s normally 80 - 100, which is even more if you concede. Why are you punished for leaving? What choice do you have?
But, if you come second you only get 30 - 40 ranking. Winning means more, but you only win by luck.
I am currently battling in the 4.5 - 5k cohort and I cannot achieve 5k because I am regularly teamed with griefers and leavers. If you lose 2 - 3 Games suddenly you back at 4.5k.
Blizzard must sort this. Or if you have a leaver you suffer no ranking loss.
