if u draw Fel Rift from tamsin hero power with Sir Finley it doesnt trigger the “Cast when drawn”
Of course not. Sir Finley does not draw cards, it swaps your hand with the bottom of the deck.
Words printed on the cards matter. Some cards make you “draw” cards, they will trigger cast when drawn effects. Other cards use other words which means the card is not drawn but put into your hand directly, and when not drawn, there is no trigger for cast when drawn.
