no, this was communicated by a dev on reddit a while ago. they now wanna have 26 heroes in rotation at any given time, so there’s 2 heroes each game that don’t get offered as choices.
Except Both Putricide and gallywix Aren’t meant to be in the pool off heroes… They were both removed awhile ago and nothing about them being added back

yea it was a while ago, so it’s probably pretty hard to find now. but Pure is right of course. they didn’t include this in the patch notes. I’d think it’s rather a faulty patch note than an accidental include, but whatever
