There is no other way to get them back.

Strange, because usually if i recall uncraftable cards can’t be disenchanted, especially to avoid errors like yours. I was going to say that the only way to obtain them again was crafting them, but if they are uncraftable and you still was able to dust them then it’s something to comunicate at Blizzard cause it might be a bug or a simple mistake. Probably something to write in the technical part of the forums?
that’s with cards that you get gifted from blizzard, like c’thun.
I find it strange that he can’t recraft the card, which might be an error or intended. in any case he should be able to craft the golden version of it.
