Dear Blizzard, I was playing on 10.08.20 at 10.18 PM EET Arena run against rogue with my mage. The name of the player was “limonadjio”. In the end of turn 6 after he was on 1 mana he used the following trick - put 1 of his cards in the air without turning the card face. The game has freeze. Now it is 10.34 PM EET and he still do not finish his turn. I saw this hack before in the previous years when the opponent just pick 1 card, put it in the air without turning it and you have to concede to continue to play. Please check this situation and take some actions against these illegal actions for advantage from some players.
It’s not a hack, it’s the game glitching into a permanently frozen state due to some bug.
There is a fix for it that’s super easy to do. You gotta Alt+F4 the game and restart it, it should put you back in the same game that froze and everything should be fine. It’s likely that the other guy didn’t know what was going on either.
You disconnected from the game, you need to close and restart the game whenever you see that happen. It’s very rare but comes up every now and then.
It used to be very common at one point, for me it commonly happened on mobile due to the fact my wireless isnt the best as it can be a bit iffy, the ghost disconnect was fixed but obviously last update has brought it back again and hearthstone will bug out if you dont have the best or most stable connection (thankfully my pc is directly connected to internet so its bit an issue for me on pc)
