Hacks email doesn't work

Reporting to the hacks@blizzard.com email to report cheaters is a waste of time as you, as a company, are not responsive. So how as a user, am I able to tell that you have taken any action, if any action has been taken to deal with the rampant problem of cheaters and hackers inside Hearthstone. I have seen on countless occasions people pulling cards that cannot possibly be in their deck/hand into play, triggering stuff that shouldn’t be triggering or nulling my own trigger, even though it would have triggered in normal fair play.

Id love to discuss but do y ok u maybe have a replay or can describe the situation in a better way?

in all forum history since 2014
ALL hackusation turned out to be new or bad players not knowing certain card or even basic card interactions, so yeah - I’m pretty sure this is the same case

If you mail them about things that aren’t hacks and they don’t reply, it’s working as intended.
Tell us about these things you consider hacks, because without replays or a decent story, nobody will listen to you.

And even if you mail them about an actual hack / exploit, they will STILL not reply. Even a hacker is protected by European and other privacy laws. I have never heard of any gaming company that discloses to the reporting user what is being done to handle the player that was reported.

So not getting a reply should not be interpreted as Blizzard doing nothing.
