Definitely a reasonable candidate, but I’m always happier to see neutral cards go. Still I’m sure he’ll get his day eventually 
Probable reason is that there were some cards for Rogue that already got HoF’d and replaced in the Classic set. Adding in Edwin as well would make certain people go “BLZIZAR H8 ROGUE HEARTSTON IS DED” or whatever.
So if they wanted to get rid of Edwin, they would have done that back then.

I think youre right but didnt they say theyll keep an eye on him?
I mean he is easy to answer for a number of classes, but if you dont have the answers at hand hes really opressive
