I am preemptively deleting my comment in order to save Blizzard time.
So, let me get this straight. This streamer got good feedback on his prior “conspiracy theory” video regarding Hearthstone and decided to create a similar video with more dramatic implications. To earn even more clicks. Sounds totally unbiased.
The video is three years old, and yet, the streamer continues to play Hearthstone to this day on his very active channel.
You can find anything you want on the internet to confirm your existing biases.
Example: Typing “Game of Thrones is the worst show of all time” will yield as many results as “Game of Thrones is the best show of all time”. Well, what is it then?
You want to believe Hearthstone is rigged so you’ll continue feeding on content that promotes this idea. Yet, there’s nothing to this claim but the self-interest of streamers trying to earn precious clicks.

He should have named his video: “Hearthstone is rigged!!! With proof???”
Everyone knows that hooking an entire train of exclamation marks to your claims increases their validity by the number of cars in that train.
He would have gotten even more subscribers this way. That’s a simple geometric progression.

Ofc it’s rigged. You must buy more cards for 499 euro so your winstreaks rise with 0.5% next month. Thats how Activision do it. The real Blizzard died long time ago. RIP.

I am flagging my own comment in order to save Blizzard time on a Friday so that they can go drink beers earlier.
@Barracuda: Yes, I’m familiar with the whole sob story.It’s the same version being retold many times over.
Blizzard died with the release of World of Warcraft. Before that they only developed games that are pure of heart like Starcraft and Lost Vikings. They were even kind enough to give them out free of all charge.
Why profit from your hard work? “Let’s give out everything for free” was their motto.Or whatever it is you choose to believe.
Hearthstone is by far my favorite game of theirs and in my honest opinion, one of the greatest game designs I’ve encountered in my 43 years of life.
Sure, chalk it up to fanboyism, if you want. My opinion won’t change.
My own winrate tends to fluctuate with how well I react to what my opponent is doing. There’s luck of the draw to be considered as well, but that’s something that exists in every card game.

Are you an Activision employee perhaps who is here to tell everyone how incredibly serious this game is.
I think Activision works that way. The whole system is rigged. From their games to their staff.

I’m just a regular guy who has been playing the game since its release.
And if it seems like I’m aggravating on purpose, I’m really not. It’s just a defense
mechanism against the usual toxicity with which many people respond on this board when it comes to talking about matches they’ve lost.

It isn’t a conspiracy, it is true, I have observed it for a very long time, made records of games, and can prove it if needed.
So you really believe that a game is rigged to provide a good experience for one player and the opposite experience for the opponent?
It’s got nothing to do with knowing which cards to play when? How is that even possible?
I might have all the answers in my hand but if I play them in the incorrect order, if I miscalculate mana or damage, if I make an incorrect trade or decide going face instead of trading, then I will lose, and my supposedly good cards will turn against me.
You participate in the decision-making process from the first turn to the last. The correct play is not always obvious.And the more cards/mana you have to handle, the trickier it may get.
