And I’m wondering if this has a tournament how can I participate
Current highest ranking is 18206 in Europe by TvoyXozyain. Playhearthstone .com will give you the top 200 ranked in all three regions.
For tournament, I would say keep playing and increasing your rank. When you qualify, you will get an invite to compete. As of now, the lowest (rank 200), is 13555 by Noampazonsky.

Yes. Those are the official Battlegrounds ratings when I checked yesterday, as they are subject to change.
I watched Rdu hit 15k yesterday on youtube. Before Kripparian went to doing private lobbys he was 12k. There are more, those two are examples. These players are sponsored and endorsed. This is how they earn their living, through esports.
I did look at some of the battleground youtubers, and it seems they play 8-12 hours of Battlegrounds a day. Do not let these numbers dishearten you. Keep playing as much as you are able. Stay positive and healthy.
