Hello there so i just battled against a player with a dimond varian wrynn so how do i get that card?
Diamond Varian is a card you unlock with the United In Stormwind Tavern Pass.
You can only get that pass by paying real world money for it though. Not worth it IMO.
And why’s it not worth it?
Mostly because getting it for simply the card itself is overpaying a ton if you don’t care for the other stuff you get with it. Not being able to just get the card itself is annoying.
Secondly, if you did actually want the other stuff that came with the pass as well, you would have had to get the pass the day it released, not 3 months later. Those passes don’t give bonus reward track XP retroactively, therefore you lose any bonus XP you would have gained otherwise.
Third, you can’t get it for gold, you have to pay real money like I said.
I kinda have opposite view where cosmetics for money is fine by me.
It is an expensive purchase if you were to get it now, whereas if you’d got it day 1 you’d also make about as many packs as you could regularly buy on top (not to say that they’re correctly priced but the extra XP would give you about that many packs).
Something to look out for with the next expansion if the early diamond minion is something you want 
Actually i think the tavern pass is worth its money , Varian is just a cherry on a cake
You think it’s worth it now even though you lost over half the extra XP you would have got getting it day 1?
I wont argue its best if he was gotten it first day , next expansion maybe he does. but we still have like 2 months of this expansion the xp he would without the pass would be 20% lesser than he would have, i assume he is at 70+
i wouldnt recommend it just for a varian card, the pack might be worth it at the start so you get alot more xp
it depends on how he plays but above 70 easily , i dont have the tavern pass and i am lvl 152
