im not exactly sure how this works or if its still active, but if not, just check the shop regularly. maybe she pops up in there again sometime.
i cant check myself as i have her on both servers i frequent, but go to your collection, highlight nemsy and see if shes available for gold. if she can be bought this way it should be a button to click at the bottom of the preview picture(2000 gold or something)

She was available for purchase with Gold some time ago. Maybe they’ll renew the offer.
It would be nice if they released the Giant Mechs portraits. They were available once and never again.
