For two last days or so I am experiencing severe cpu overload from hearthstone app on my android. Everything was running smoothly until the latest update which I have not downloaded yet (234MB of god-knows-what, third huge patch in last week)
What can be the issue please?

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the game? Worked for me last time I noticed the game took too much space.
It is not disk space issue but the game seem to be eating too much resources. I can try to reinstall it though.
It’s possible the old files in there might be somehow eating up CPU, but do let us know if it still remains an issue after reinstallation.
reinstalled the app, seems to be working fine now.
