Every game with beasts is scam builds… Either remove the leapfrog, or the barron…
OR SPEEED UP THE EFFFING JUMPS… It takes more than a minute for a single combat… it is ridiculous…
I’ll just quit every game with beasts from now on, it is not even fun when you have 0 chance of winning…

I have never even seen 6000.
So far I’ve ended all seasons between 7k and 8k, but past 6k is tedious as 90% of the games are scam builds and war towards the baron
Yesterday, had a game w/ beast and everyone was playing poisonlocks …There is zero diversity in builds, either you play what is top or you compromise with 2-4th place
Not a big compromise. Top 4 is victory. Tougher opponents will know what works best, so they’ll go for the strongest builds.
There’s a fair amount of diversity in how you shape your board.
For instance, in one of my previous games with Elementals I got synergy with the minion that gives you Golden Monkeys. I had it Golden, so it spawned two and I had the elemental that makes refreshes cost zero after you buy an Elemental.
This is something I’ve never had before.
In my last game yesterday I discovered Theotar from a Golden Patient Scout so I went for buying neutral minions to buff my mechs.Something else I’ve never experimented with before.
There’s a lot of variance and unexpected synergies to be found and explored.
Yes, buddies bring some diversity, but most cases make the scam leapfrog just more annoying, than it already is
I almost never see leapfrog winning lobbies, especially ones with mechs in (the new dr.boom mech wrecks it). Typically some blaster combination either destroys them or at the least sets up a few open shots at the Baron and its too many flips for them to finish first.
Part of the skill of the game is building your comp to beat what others are doing. Leapfrog is incredibly easy to beat HOWEVER it can make you auto lose to so many other builds that timing the pivot is tricky, but it’s no different than having to counter murlocs or other scam builds.
