I know that you can destroy cards, copy strings to any meta build, that if you have enough money you can get whatever cards, but I would just like to know what is the key to creating a deck from the cards i owe, im a beginner and so far the gameplay and atmosphere are satisfying enough for me, i dont want to fight for rank. Just would be awesome to have the knowledge on how to make a wild deck out of what I have. If you feel like droping any tips, I will be most welcome!

Well, we’d need to know what kinds of cards you have.
Do you have a specific deck archetype in mind? Preferred class?
How could I generate such information? Would the Innkeeper plugin somehow help me to extract my cards to somewhere online?
Well my simplistic guide would be:

What’s your win condition? Put in all your best cards to facilitate this.

Now you’ve done that, why are you losing? Do you need more draw/removal/direct damage/value/survivability? Cut the worst X cards and replace them with cards that give you more of the thing you’re missing. Rinse and repeat.

Are the best X tech cards worth replacing your now worse X cards in the current meta? If so switch them out.

Perfect playing your now optimised deck.

Reach a level where you start to lose, as your step 1, was a false premise OR your missing certain cards so your deck isn’t strong enough. Craft missing cards/repeat steps/except current standing/get even better.
Now as others have said, recommending cards for step 1 is pretty points without knowing the persons collection. The best thing to do is build a deck an ask for feedback and remember that tone is hard to tell in text. Most players on the forum will give helpful feedback, even if looks like criticism towards your choices.

Also if you have someone with a bigger collection they can maybe make the list so you can try out cards you dont have
I have done from ranked 50 upwards most expansions and reach Rank 20 but other times 10 or upwards a challenge to say. There are plenty of cards the 5 free epic cards of Galakrond with the invoke mechanic and basic cards are good enough to Rank up with. The free packs you get when you rank up have a stat from each expansion, the first 10 packs from the each expansion gives a legendary free 400 dust most times if you do not want that legendary .

I have no idea about Innkeeper. Never used it, always been a Hearthstone Deck Tracker person. That does have a function to upload your collection to a site that can suggest what kinds of decks you can build that might be somewhat viable in the current meta.
Alternatively, though it might be somewhat bothersome, you should be able to manually check each and every card you own and put them here in a list. Maybe categorize them by expansion & class for ease of readability.

A little known trick: If you start building a deck with a few cards you want as a core, clicking Complete My Deck will add cards for you based on the best cards often found in similar decks! It might not be perfect, but it can be a great start
