Out of the last 30 games, literally every single opponent I came up against used an otk deck…
How people can even enjoy playing like a cancerous c… is beyond me… Build a deck with the requirement to make the game as frustrating as possible for your opponent…
I’m being forced to play that sh¡te, because of the gold that’s required for the tavern pass for BG and to be able to play the Arena every so often…
If not for that the game would’ve been an instant uninstall

blad i play secret mage srs…
To be fair it is wild
If your going wild it’s to be excepted to go against res priest, baku demon hunter or just any combos that you cant really do much about unless you know about them and have the specific resources to counter them.
Still better than standard where every game is just demon hunter doing 10-14 damage every turn or just other obnoxious deck, at least in wild theres variety if deck and usually combos are recognisable so you might be able to counter them

Yeah,I always wonder the same…
I bet that those kind of people have some real life frustrations and they are trying to prove something to themselves and this is probably one way they’re doing that…it’s not only in wild,in standard is the same and blizzard is absolutely doing nothing to at least nerf some cards, minions, spells the most…

you guys are yapping too much… i get you’re point, don’t get me wrong, but put some thought into it - if you really hate these decks so much and you encounter them very often, why simply not ruin their runs with the best encounter you can create… it’s really easy, and the joy of watching them lose is wonderful.

Another “I know everything,I have answer to everything” guy.
aaahhhh… no. i said i get his complain, but really, what do you expect Blizz to do? they nerf cards every now and then, but that’s the nature of wild. so instead of complaining about it, be creative, and make them suffer for playing these degenerate decks. is that better?

they nerf cards that they want to nerf but they do not listen and they do not care about what their players think they should nerf and that is the problem…and you can be maximum creative but still you would not do much of a damage to those decks, only way is to playing the same decks but than everyone would play cancer decks and it would be even more terrible than now…
Sorry about your experience but I created a deck which does well vs all deck types got me to legend no problem. Its a Hunter deck some decks I put out others like this one I keep to myself
just curious… is it control or aggro?
It’s the every deck with unstoppable otk combos and you can build a counter for 1 deck, but that leaves you exposed against the others.
Big res priest doesn’t bother me as much, as it isn’t unstopable and doesn’t kill you in 1 turn without being able to do anything about it.
It’s also not hard to counter, eventhough it can resurrect loads of minions later on in the game. They need to die first and it can be easily be countered with adding 1 or 2 cards in your deck.
The biggest problem with games like this is that 95% of the people cba to spend some time & effort in building their own decks and copy the decks from youtube/hearthpwn that require no skill to get wins. Either that, or Blizzard’s using a lot of bots, which wouldn’t surprize me neither. Many popular games, like Cod, Fifa etc. have bots in online multiplayer, even in competitive modes.
I.m.o. the easiest fix would be to exclude standard cards from wild, apart from the basic or classic cards. That way every nerf that’s done for Wild won’t affect Standard gameplay.
Not everyone.
Last month I got to Legend in Wild with a Mech Warlock (not the SN1P-SN4P OTK kind).
The month before that, I got to Legend with Mind Blast Priest.
Not the most original decks, but if you look at any meta list they are nowhere to be seen. Not even as Tier 5.
Point is, in Wild even though there may be a meta of the most common decks around, you can play your old decks with barely any new additions and still have success.
The existing meta is one of the most diverse that Wild has ever seen. There are some frustrating decks, but the format has had worse times. Think of the days of Pirate Warrior/Secret Paladin.
If I ask my Wild friends which deck is the most “cancerous”, they each give a different answer. That seems pretty good to me.

Okay, first OP whined about “that one cancerous deck everyone but himself is playing”, then when told to counter said evil deck, he moves the goalpost to “there are several bad decks so he can’t counter them all”. What he doesn’t seem to understand is that if there was any one deck that would counter each and every other metadeck, it would be a metawarping abomination of a deck that EVERYONE would play and he would again lose most of his matches.
I mean yeah. In every TCG or DCG in existence there will be a set of meta decks that do really well. People tend to emulate those archetypes because lets face it, they want to win. Just like OP by the way. Sorry if i sound mean, but to me it sounds like OP wants to dominate his opponents without putting in any effort.
There are over twenty(!) tier two decks which everyone can reach legend rank with if he learns how to perform on an average level with those decks. I would say the range of decks you can reach legend with is uncountable if you are actually a good player. There are matchups that are unfavorable for every deck, but with some draw luck and the right play in crucial turns, you can turn around a few of those matches and those are the matches that decide if your winrate is 53%, 62% or 47%.
So in essence, my advice to OP is to either git gud, take the losses like a man or don’t bother with constructed, stick to Battlegrounds and pay 20 bucks. That’s what i would do if i preferred BG.

Blizzard is not balancing Wild at all. That’s why it’s called ‘Wild’. Maybe some of you just need toget better also, instead of coming on the forum and complain about totally valid decks on the ladder.

It’s because wild isn’t balanced. You should check out ranked at the moment, it’s an absolute joke.
