In the collection manager, when you click “extra” in the search bar, you will get all cards where you have more copies then what is allowed in a deck, so more than one for legendaries and more than two for other cards.
Caveat 1: I am not 100% sure but I think regular and golden are counted separate; if you have two regular Wisp and two golden Wisp it will probably not be includes.
Caveat 2: I assume that any card that has the word “extra” in its name or in its description might also be included in the results, although I am not 100% sure of this either.

Nope, if you’ve got 3+ total it’ll show them (e.g. 2 regular 1 golden)

They avoid using the word “extra”.
Additional: I’d recommend doing this in wild, just cause the core set messes with those type of searches i.e. it wont show any core cards, no matter how many you own.

Is there some list of these “special” searches? They are quite helpful, but I do not recall seeing them listed anywhere.
Some that I have found to be useful:
Start of Game - self-explanatory, always useful if you want certain effects.
Type:minion/spell/hero/weapon - Shows only cards of those categories.
Mana:odd - If you wanna limit the collection to odd-costing cards, as if you had Baku the Mooneater in your deck (The system also applies this if you add Baku to your deck and click “Yes” on the prompt that it gives)
Mana:even - Same as above, but with even-cost cards and with Genn instead of Baku.
Golden - shows only golden cards that you have, even if you had a regular version of that same card
Missing - Only useful when crafting cards, it shows only cards that you have none or a single of.
Refund - Shows cards that are eligible for a full refund of dust.
Card sets - shows cards from specific sets that you own. There’s many:
