Account was unjustly banned for automation of gameplay - I understand there’s probably no one here who believes that, but regardless: has anyone ever had success with account appeals through channels other than the official support system?
I’m being given the same automated response every time, and given that the ban HAS been issued incorrectly, it’s blatantly apparent that the case hasn’t been looked at by an actual human yet. Is there anything I can do to change that?
