Links to any website (Along with images) come with the 3rd trust level (As detailed here → The Ultimate Forum Guide (Codes, Trust Levels, FAQ) )
Links to Youtube and other “trusted websites” come with the 2nd trust level (Which you apparently have).
Not too sure about the title length thing though, my memory on certain things amounts to that of a goldfish on crack.

I’m pretty sure people were trowing links at the begining, outside of Blizz URLs
I dont think thrust levels are activated here since i dont meet certain requirements but already have for example posted more then 20 posts.
and how do they check that you have read 20,000 posts ?, scroll down on every page ?
Nice that they use a system that can counter spam topics but on the previous forums i did not encounter that either.
People are already finding alternative ways for posting links and such, but this feels a bit handicapped sometimes.

Yeah, at best the system promotes mild spaming, I have read and re-read it… and still am confused
