You’re stating the obvious, no #*%^ tech cards exist to counter certain things but it shouldnt be required, until recently weapon removal was optional but not with the new shaman it is required…
They added a fair stated, tradeable, weapon removal card.
Surely then Doomhammer isn’t the problem? It’s been in the game since day 1 and you yourself said weapon removal has only just become mandatory.

It can easily be countered ergo it doesn’t need a nerf. If you’re facing many shamans it’s probably a good idea to tech against it to bolster your winrate.
You are wrong there are metas where all decks run weapon removals there are metas where noone runs weapon removals , the meta b4 barrens we had the weapon rogue and all run weapon removal the meta after it was not needed but still there was some weapon removal just for shaman when he became tier 1
