Nerf maybe need after all

With Demon Hunter hogging the Aggro spot at present and some people not be able to cope with it. If they nerf Demon Hunter again which I think they should it will make aggro extinct and the game becomes longer. The other aggro decks in the past had some scope if they drew they could finish off by Turn 4/5/6. These days Demon Hunter can do by Turn 5 while other aggro Decks can not even come close to that.

If Team 5 have done their home work and the games become longer the player base may become very small indeed. They trying to do a balance act which at present they failed badly. They will need to nerf at least 3 other classes to balance out so aggro does not become the thing of the passed.

The present decks Paladin, druid , priest, warlock , shaman, warrior, which have cards which become more powerful as the game goes on. These classes just hero power or pass the turn for the first 3 Turns. The Face Hunter is around but its days are numbered and struggle really. The other games which have games more than 10 minutes are not as popular as Hearthstone because its quick.

The balance at present of Hearthstone is Imbalanced around certain classes and game play is not engaging its pass turn or hero power that is just BORING.

What are the other aggro decks you are reffering to?
For example :

Totem Shaman is performing exceptionaly. It has more potential power than Demon Hunter, the only thing it lacks, is consistant card draw like demon hunter.

Zoo Lock is doing okish although i havent seen many of them. At least not in my rank floor. I play at diamond 5 rank floor.

Secret Stealth Rogue. I dont know if it can considered a pure aggro deck, but they are extremely powerfull once they manage to draw Shadowjeweler Hana. I dont play Rogue nor Demon hunter, but i’ve heard that Secret Rogue is doing extremely good vs demon hunters as well.

Boars Tempo Warrior is realky Aggroish and it destroys Otk Demon Hunter.

But apperantly noone plays it

Aggro means winning by turn 5/6 which demon hunter can do shaman deck you refer to is so RNG its not classed as aggro. The classic agro decks were face hunter and pirate warrior those which true aggro win by turn 3/4 . You may of noticed how many games would you play when your opponent hardly plays any minions eg druid , priest, warlock etc and play 2 cards and win that OTK in a way or just wear you down.

its getting close for aggro decks not to exist, if they nerf demon hunter further and it becomes unplayable as aggro. The theme of Hearthstone changes unless other nerfs are included to priest , druid etc. But that just proves to many nerfs to often shows the game is at its end.

that could be true but tbh i love playing aggro and i havend been able to pull of a turn 5/6 kill in the last year outside of wild as far as i remember …

maybe we have to reconsider the requirements for beeing an aggro deck?

The game is so bad now. Wild mode is now uniform. ( Quest Mage, Jade Druid, Quest Mage, Jade Druid, Quest Mage, Jade Druid, Quest Mage, Jade Druid )
Until morning, it lasts like this.
Really find a solution to this !!!

Haven’t seen one Jade Druid on my way to legend, wish i had. What server are you playing on?

Quest Mage, Darkest Hour Warlock and MCthun Warlock on the other hand…

If standard is facing an aggro issue, wild is facing a non-board interactive deck issue. These 3 just don’t care about board state. And that is the worst design issue - when aggro can’t deal with combo decks, and the combo decks kill you by turn 7-9

blizz need nerf whole thing standard and wild some decks just steamroll over all others in bothh modes comeplay srtandar vs galakaron worlock or queest mage there is no way for win vs those 2 decks DH is beatable with some of highlander decks

yeah true they allready made a statement that they will take a look in a number of things

bloodbloom for Darkest hour Warlokc
open the wargate for Quest Mage
Bad Luck Albatross

those things were on the list for sure but they said there will be more to come

A new challenge for Team 5 play a aggro deck and see if you can win by turn 7 which is not a Demon Hunter you may find you can not and hence you failed and your killing the game.

Am i the only aggro player who doesnt think its over when i dont win by turn 7?

well i dislike the fact that aggro is the main drive of the game, i think that longer games are just more fun if done right, and of course im not talking about res priest, that class can die, but i mean control decks are dead, and with them otk is dead, there is only aggro or tempo, and that boring

Europe server Whatever.
What Blizz has to do is very simple. When you see monotony or unbalanced deck, bring nerf immediately. That’s it.

Depends upon Turn 7 is usually the turning point for the aggro deck to run out of steam and the other classes mostly win from there. Each turn that goes beyond Turn 7 % wise the likely hood of winning is reduced.

I have about a 75% win rate vs DH aggro with Spell mage decks.

You die vs the combo 28 damage how do you stop that if your secrets are removed SI 7 Infiltrator. Strange I do not have trouble vs mage

thats definitly correct

but its still not over

Aggro is just much less braindead as many think
