Might as well , any deck that can win by turn 5 ruins the strategic aspect of the game .
Players should have to think a little and not just throw cards and win without any thought.

Ress priest and cube lock are the 2 worst possible in my book. And they’re back anyway.
Pirate Warrior existed before, now it’s just stronger.
It was Questline Warlock that was totally busted in Wild.
I don’t know why people are constantly demanding nerfs. The moment something gets nerfed, another strong archetype emerges, or something else that was strong before makes a comeback.
You’re playing a competitive mode in high ranks, and are matched according to your winrate.
Of course, your opponents will be the top of the crop.
Have you played Classic lately? I have. It’s the same as Wild and Standard, only with different top decks.
Classic is an oasis of calm and almost no RNG s…t… I go there when I get fed up with Standard. Classic is cool!

I’m ranking right now with Enrage Warrior.
Not enough different minions to make it more engaging to me than Standard or Wild.
And yea, I do miss the increased RNG.
Look, the victory conditions are the same. In Standard you watch people try to complete quests to get their final reward. For the time being, questlines are cool because they’re new.
While in Classic you watch Ramp Druid hoping to hit Wild Growth/Innervate and then finish with Savage Roar and Force of Nature, while Warrior seeks to enrage Gromash and Raging Worgens for massive damage to the face.
The meta is more control-oriented and slower, it sometimes evokes nostalgia even, but after facing the twentieth Handlock or Miracle Rogue I’m ready to return to the other ladders.
In Classic, I sorely miss the ability to generate minions and spells outside of my deck.

i can not remeber any pirate decks has this this damage output potential and scales up so quickly. you basically need 5 turns with right draw to win.
however, this is what wild is. i don’t play it anymore because few old cards is the problem not the new decks , they basically turning a good deck to be Godlike one.
The weakness of any questline deck is the possibility of losing the battlecry minion, and it’s a real one, especially in Wild,where in addition to Mutanus, you also have access to a pair of Dirty Rats.
Questline Warrior is a strong deck, but it can lose just as easily to any number of top decks that are circulating right now.
It’s got 50 % winrate at high Diamond(I’m Diamond 3 right now)
The pirate warrior quest is the most stupid card ever… and it should be buffed not nerf
warroir is all about weapon and putting more to it… .the quest destroy ur wqeapon each turn… remove all increase valu and burst dmg

blizzard said they did not want someone to kill u from empty board so they killed the patron warrior and made him sucky rush pirate

ALL Characters EXEPCT warroir kill u from empty board turn 5-7 so pirates need sticky deathrattles to compete lol… give back warroir some love
and get rid of the guy who made the pirate quest reward…
change it to give weapon +1/+1 every turn so you can buff with other cards ( kinda of the warroir thing to do )

My point is , all games are versus pirates almost , how is this a good game design when a deck archetype is played again and again with zero variation almost.
I find standard boring because its usually the same decks , so I would expect wild to have some variation , but to banning one quest (warlock) and leaving other overpowered quests in the format , its just bad game design.
Pirate warrior is just a tempo deck.
Aggro token druid is way worse.
Pirate quest warrior is the worst of all decks out there tbh, nerfing quest mage & aggro druid was indeed needed, but leaving the most broken deck untouched is just beyond me.
Pirate warrior is not stronger now. It might be the same strength and even with that said the deck was around before the quest came out. All the quest does it helps the ones that starts off slow against decks like resurrect priest so they can still fight later game.
Were talking about the “Questline” the pirate deck alone is mediocre but the questline makes it broken and extremley overpowered and unfun to play against. There is a reason 7/10 of my games at legend are vs quest warriors, you play it because its easy and broken. Anyone trying to defend quest warrior is just being delusional or plain as dumb. The final part of the quest needs to be toned/tweaked down just as with mage, period.
No the questline makes it slow for one and you just said it the deck itself is still the same. Yet why do you feel questline is so powerful? It’s because of the infinate value after playing the quest reward right. We have had many infinate value cards and was never touched. why? because there is nothing wrong with it. Infinate value only comes into play later down the mana ramps so the deck is slowish. Normal control decks will run out of removals and same for combo. Usually when you faced pirate warrior you know all you needed to do was hold out until they run out of cards in their hands. With questline they are giving pirate warrior a chance to fight back later game. Nothing more so stop complaining and get to it.
I dont agree, and i have the right to complain about it, its just my opinion. Warlocks/Mages got their broken questlines nerfed and so should Warriors.
where did mage get theirs nerfed?
As of the latest patch, Mages only get +2 Spellpower upon completing the quest line.
Now all that effort for a later game finish that will be less than powerful. in the same time i can get malygos out now for even cheaper x)
