Change its effect to: “Battlecry: If your deck has no duplicates, your STARTING Hero Power costs (0) this game.”
the effect right now is just plain annoying and imbalanced
Well it definitely sees no play if you make that change as it wasn’t good enough to be played in standard let alone wild until the death knight was added. Might as well delete the card.
I don’t expect it to be changed in any way; as far as I know highlander Priest isn’t exactly the most oppressive deck in Wild.
But if you want it changed, then I think a better suggestion would be “… your CURRENT hero power costs (0) this game”.
A rather mild nerf, but at least it forces highlander priest to hold back Raza (with risk of being Dirty-Ratted) until after they play the hero card.
