This is pretty great, I’ve asked for this before and I know others have too. So what will people get automatically when they release them?
I will get the Shaman portrait and I’m 95 off for Paladin. Got Mage and Hunter to golden both in the last couple of weeks, so wont be getting any others anytime soon!

Druid. I’ve got about 300 I think. The main issue is, outside of a 24-5 quest rogue stomping run to rank 5 with ramp Druid, most of the others have been with my glacially slow outlast Druid 
I won’t have them any time soon. I recently returned to the game and have around 200-250 wins with every class and 100 wins on rogue and my only current golden hero is Gul’dan with 550 wins. I have the same problem at lxnay in that I tend to play slow decks/control decks… getting punished for not playing face roll haha… Ahhhh well its only a portrait.
Time to grind 1000 wins with Snip Snap warlock
I’m getting Rogue right away. I also need 200 more wins with Warrior. For the others i am far off, but I’ll get there. On another note, I am very positively surprised that Blizzard did this. I’ve waited for 1000-wins portraits for a long time and I am pretty excited for this new addition.

You underestimate my power
I have more than 1400 wins with warrior but I can´t se any changes in the hero from the 500 win golden hero?
it’s not live yet. we’ll get more info on the whole patch (that includes other changes as well) on friday (oct 4th)
Since the game is now somewhat uniform, innovations can be electrifying. I have written before new card backs. For example, total 1000, 5000, 10000, 15000… wins card back. These examples can be reproduced.
It is a good idea. But for my point of view 1000 win it isnt enought to introduce the other people that how much i am good.
(everyone can get it) I know that is the goal.I get legend 10 month in a row, and if i go to high legend my reward is almost same as a rank5 player reward.
and the reward same in legend 10 and legend 5000.So i cant motivate anything to get high legend or any legend number.Do more legend/highlegend cardback/hero and more achivements.

the only motivation to going highlegend is that to be an esporter or to be in the best 16… Unfortunately i am not as world champions level:/ or am i wrong ?
This game really need an achievment system i think its good for every game. And im a bit frustrated cause the game does not recognize my knowledge.(im not showing off)
But my firend tell me : “Who cares you are a high legend i am in rank 4 and you got same rewards as me” and there was a little argument… So If okay maybe i am better but
i cant show this other player. For example there is “Golden Celebration cardback” i can see that a lot of player in high legend and I don’t know how to get it.

Apparently it is not retroactive. I have 3,220 ranked wins with Mage, but haven’t received any Hero Portraits. I only got the animated hero after the first 500 wins. Does that mean I have to get another 1,000 wins to get it?
