It’s the Warrior quest:
and the reward changes your hero power to 2 mana, summon a 4/3 golem, that refreshes when your hero attacks.
I’m not impressed, to be honest. I mean, you would have to use weapons and attack with your hero in order to complete the quest itself in the first place. How many weapons you think you’ll have left by the time you’ve finished the quest?
Sul’thraze would be good with this, but usually only effective against aggro/token decks with low health minions. Sure there are spells you can use to make your hero attack as well but, eh. They don’t see any play currently.
This quest, however, may hint that Warrior is getting a new weapon with this quest in mind specifically. Maybe it will have Windfury? At least in the release schedule there are a couple of images of cards that are of weapons.
Plus would you really want that hero power over Dr. Boom, the Mad Genius’ hero powers?

I guess there will be decks with lots of weapons.
However, I also think that a single 2-mana summon a 4/3 per turn is very strong, even without the refresh.
I can imagine Quest Pirate Warrior in Wild, actually. The current iteration of Pirate Warrior can’t keep pressure up for long. With this hero power, they can.

Imagine a fool’s bane deck, running first mate too, you finish the quest easily, what I love is it doesn’t work well with you know which major BS

I was playing against a dude with this quest, I don’t really understand it.

Love the card in standard and even more in wild. What do you not understand exactly?
You play it on your first turn most of the time and then you attack with your hero 5 times. Doesnt matter if you attack your opponent or one of his minions.
After you did that 5 times you get a new hero power which gives you a 4/3 for 2 mana
When you attack with your hero afterwards you can refresh the hero power and do it again
