the rogue weapon projekt is quite cool …

Yeah unless Steward of Darkshire gets re-printed I don’t see the 1 health thing getting in the meta;

Scheme feels very off-flavor for me, I ain’t a fan;

Psychopomp goes straight into Deathrattle Priest and not much else.

The Paladin cards:
At first glance; don’t like them. Not one bit. It seems team 5 tries to make some sort of Aggro Paladin a thing. But unless these minions get buffed they die to literally anything. None of them even have Rush or Reborn! Token Druid’s and even Zoolock’s minions are tougher to kill.

But, of course, we haven’t seen the full set, or even the Paladin Quest, yet. So I’m still hopeful that the expansion will bring some more Paladin cards that make these three cards make more sense. Bad first impressions, though. Not excited for any of these three.

Plague of Madness
Looks okay to me. I mean, a 2/2 Poisonous weapon is really strong. But there’s two problems. 1. Your opponent gets the same weapon, of course. And 2. Rogue is perhaps the worst weapon class to attack big, threatening stuff on the board and suffer face damage because, outside of Zilliax, they have currently no self-sustain in form of healing like Paladins and Shamans do or Armor like Warriors do.

Of course you can destroy your opponent’s weapon as well with Ooze or even Harrison Jones and draw a couple of cards too while you’re at it. 6 mana equip a 2/2 Poisonous weapon, play a 5/4 minion and draw two cards is a solid turn.

Other than that I don’t see this as a too exciting card. :confused:

Also I read some people saying that this was not the original design of the Rogue ‘plague’ card. I don’t know what the original card was like but they it changed because it didn’t fit with the Rogue ‘fantasy’ apparently.

Seriously, though, this card at first glance looks good. If Priest had good Deathrattle minions, this could be very powerful. Imagine resurrecting something like Mechanical Whelp with this. But, of course, the chances of bringing back something much worse is higher on average.

The interesting cards are:
the wasp, cause it’s good but might only see play in a zoo kind of deck, sadly
The rogue single target removal that helps the opponent more than you
The rez card that isn’t toxic, like Servitude, snd that isn’t simply trash, like Onix Bishop, this card can be played in a deathrattle/zoo/tempo priest deck and really, with deathrattle, rush minions, taunts, end of turn effects, extra arms, passives and copying minions that priest has I am personally gonna make a deck around this

I have a sneaking suspicion the Paladin quest has something to do with 1-health minions, looking at the cards that have been revealed thus far.

I’m thinking it might be something along the lines of “Whenever you summon a 1-health minion, give it Divine Shield” or “Give it Reborn” or something along those lines.
