New hero portraits not working :neutral_face:

I apologize if this is a dumb question, but have you tried switching them on?

by which I mean go to your collection and click on the right-most icon above the area where the cards are displayed, next to the icon for selecting your card back and select the alternate hero portrait.

Well it can either be he hasnt favourited them (switching them on) or that the decks hes using have a portrait set for that specific (for example i have lunara favourited but ive got malfurion set for my cthun deck)

stopped working for me either, cant equip them anymore and they auto switched to original ones wtf

damn Iā€™ve been playing for over 3 years and canā€™t check this myself because I havenā€™t managed to get 1000 wins with any class yet :confused:

New portraits are not working properly, what I read on US forum is ā€œThis is currently a known issue that our QA and Developers are looking into. We look forward to having this issue resolved soon!ā€ so weā€™ll have to wait until its solved.

Too bad, it worked yesterday just fine.

I read elsewhere on this forum that this is a bug that theyā€™re currently working on.
