No Guaranteed Legendary

Today in spend 4400 Gold to buy 11 golden packs of Whizbang’s workshop because i should get a guarenteed legendary in my first 10 packs. I did not recieve any legendary whatsoever.

On your own website u tell us the following:

Normal Packs

  • Note: One Legendary card is guaranteed within the first 10 packs of a new card expansion, then subsequent Legendary card drops will follow the above rule

Golden Packs and Signature Golden Packs

  • Note: One Golden Legendary card is guaranteed within the first 10 packs of a new card expansion, then subsequent Golden Legendary card drops will follow the above rule

This means i should get 1 normal legendery in the first 10 normal packs and 1 golden legendary in the first 10 golden packs.

I don’t think they track packs separately for the purposes of the first legendary per set.
You’d have to get the 10 golden packs first to get the golden legendary. But if you didn’t get any legendaries at all, that would be odd indeed. Have you checked your collection to see if you might have gotten something after all? You can type “owned” in the filter to show only owned cards.
