Not enough time

I had multiple games where late game i cant finish my turn because i dont have enough time.
The slow animations really hold back.
And there is really no use for having like the gain 1 gold for every pirate you buy.
Because you simply dont have enough time to buy that many pirates and play them.
It really sucks knowing you lost because you couldn’t finish your turn.
Sometimes ending up with a gold minion in hand because you just made a 3 set. And the animation toke to long to actually play it.

I would really love to see some skip animations option in the setting.
For 3 reasons.
The game can be really laggy in combat or shopping phase.
You could do way more shopping in the same time.
You could skip the time to finsh your combat early so you have more time to shop.

I did notice a way to skip combat. When you refresh your game at the right moment it wil ignore combat entirely and gives you a slightly bot ot extra time.

Additional opties would be to add time for a sertaint action.
add time for each extra coin you gain.
Add time for each discover card.
Add time for each minion you sell.
Add time if you complete a gold minion.
Add time on a couple of hero abilities.
Add time for each refreshing.
Add time for summong a minion
Add time if a summon minion needs a target
Add time when you draw a dark moon card

Then start with the basic time and add like the first x seconds do not count to it.

Example
Everyone has 45seconds
We start the bonus time on - 10
Buys a unit+1
Buys another unit+1
Plays both units +2
Teurn ends. Nothing changes

Example 2
Everyone starts with 45seconds aggain.
We start the bonus timer on - 10 aggain
Choose a darkmoon card. +2
Buy a minion. 1+
Its a golden minion +1
Play the golden minion +1
Play and select discover card +2
It creates another golden +1
You discover another card +2
You play the golden +1
You play the bonus card +1
You sell the bonus card +1
It refreshes the tavern +1
You buy another minion +1
You buy an additional minion +1
You play the minion +1
It bufs a target minion +1
Play the other minion +1

In this case you get an additional 9 seconds.

The howl problem wil start when you are buying pirates when you have the gain 2gold legendary.
Or elementals that you can sell multiple times. Or discover new elementals.
Combineing that with getting gold minions.

Its just impossible. Not close or any thing literally impossible.

I ended a turn with pirates where i buffed a minion with 9/9 because of the number of pirates i bought. Ans stil had 7coins left to use. But the time runned out.
I was even trying to combine selling minions and buying them and placing them at the same time. So i didnt need to wait for animations.

Honestly this is my worse frustration in the game. And mainly strugle with this in the final battles. When there are like 2 / 5 players left

The biggest issue with your suggestion is you can have turns that literally go in for ever. The turn time is meant to be one of the downsides of the hogger build. I reckon I could have a 10 minute turn if you gave me 1 second for every minion bought and there are players who are much better than me that could genuinely do it for hours.

The first turn take Too long already and you wanna get 5 minutes Each turn when their is only 3 players left and you have to face the Dead players…

Yeah lol keep it as it is. Maybe shorten the time durations even. How many times have I taken a SH*t come back and it’s still not even started with the battle phase…,.

Than dont add time, but i Just player a Final match and i had 20 secondes to buy units…
1vs1 the animations are to slow for 20seconds i had to buy and sell 3 elementals Minions to win.
I ended up on An animation and with 6 Minions instead of 7…

yep decks like pirates and elementals wich basicly require you to buy and sell alot of them often are the decks wich run out of time to play the cards you need to play or to use all of your gold. Especially so with gallywix.

Because of running out time you often end up with mistakes like just not being able to play the 7th minion or having too much gold left wich you would have liked to spent.

Pirates are playable these days due to being able to buff other pirates whenever a card gets added to your hand but its still a dangerous pick because if you play them how they are intended to play you often will run out of time

Ignite is going to make me leave this game. The entire point of it is that it recycles. But you can’t use it effectively because of the animation speed. I lose half of my matches after I have the combo in place. but there is no way to execute it in time. This is stupid and broken. Don’t design cards whose strength are immediately nullified by their unplayability due to their strength.

What you’re saying would be impossible to do, because every player’s round would end at a different time.

They should shorten the time for the first 10 rounds by a lot, as the early rounds are taking forever to finish… I’m often left with 60+ seconds remaining in the early rounds. Instead they should wait for each round to end before players enter the tavern and set the time per round to below.

Turn 1 and 2, there’s no need for them to be longer then 20 seconds, as it shouldn’t take you longer to buy 1 minion or tier up and possibly activate a hero power.

Turn 3 & 4, 30 seconds is plenty of time to buy 2 minions or 1 minion and refresh 3x.

Turn 5 & 6, 40 seconds to buy 3 or 4 minions and even then you’ll have plenty of time left.
These rounds are the worst for waiting time…

Turn 7 & 8, 60 seconds, a 20 sec increase because a lot more options open up in those rounds in terms of applying boosts, higher chance to acquire gold minions and increase of minion generating effects.

Rest of game, 80 seconds, this is more then enough time to complete a round regardless. If you can’t do it within that time, you’re simply taking too long to make decisions.

Well that’s the consequence for playing that strategy. Either speed up your handlings or take the loss.

For elementals, I’m grateful you don’t get enough time, as apart from the period between the latest set release until beasts & demons were patched, they’ve been as good as unstoppable near the end game eversince they’ve been added to the game. The endless buffs from Nomi and Majordomo for each played elemental, combined with Lightspawn’s avenge are f… ridiculous.

Rather then nerving them big time, they’re trying to compromise it by giving some other minion types (beasts and demons) ridiculous boosts as well.
