As a new player I stopped playing the main game about 4 months ago due to how I’m really low ranked and yet found myself sometimes playing players many ranks higher (What’s the point in ranking then?) So I found Battle grounds and it actually looks a really great and is generally a really fun game but guess what is not fun? Battle grounds being a dumping ground for cheaters, not gonna stick around much longer and I have to say I’m surprised if people stick around longer than 6 months.

What do you mean by cheaters?
Matchmaking is mostly based on MMR (a hidden score computed similar to how e.g. ranking points in the ATP tennis ranking are computed). Not on rank. So you probably played at an above average skill, causing you to win a lot which increased your MMR and then also gave you better opponents.
Also, depending on the server and the time of day, only limited players might have been online. That can “force” the game to give you a less ideal opponent to keep matchmaking times from running out of control.

manz mean cheaters in’it. bare manz use botting, card hacking draws and being able to see your opponents hand. trust me bare cheaters in this game blud.

Whats your point exactly? Cause you said a lot but also said nothing. Ok you are a new player your collection is not good enough yet ok i get that , since you are low ranked you only assume that the opponent is rank higher, once you get legend you can see the rank of the opponent but b4 that you cant , so what i hear is since my opponent won then he must have been better rank than me . and lets say after each defeat you add the player to see the rank. Rank has nothing to do with a win even tho ppl dont care to admit even in this meta its pure skill . My advice is if you are here just to get legend in a few months as a new player then lol , its true that its easier than it used to be but it still takes experience(not only with the game in general but comforting your current meta you are facing) not making mistakes (if you stick around long enough you will understand as i did that you make lots of mistakes usually muligan and how to prioritise threats. At this point you think you know the game but trust me you dont and i dont mean it in a offensive way it took me quite a while to build up a full collection and then practice to get good

Its true, game is not new player friendly, MM its terrible so you have lots of unbalanced matches… as for cheaters I noticed weird things, then read on internet what kind of cheats are common in this game, then it all made sense.
BGs is only playable mode right now but still needs fixing.
Anyway, Lizzard is going down hill and they deserve it… they wont see a cent from me ever… and I “met” other card games, sorry. lol
