Patch broke The game

After The patch, cant connect to the game on EU server, Jeep getting stuck at The loading screen.

I also can’t connect to EU servers on PC, I can connect to the Americas servers fine; things work fine on my ipad so it seems to be platform specific. I’ve re-installed the game, checked drivers, restarted PC and modem etc. Not sure on which end the problem lies.

Hello, To sort this problem, try the following: delete the Hearthstone folder in C:\Users\ [username]\AppData\Local\Blizzard delete the Blizzard Entertainment folder in C:\Users\ [username]\AppData\LocalLow If the problem persists we may need to check your account so please open a support ticket and include in the Description the error text “HS:CT;NetCacheDecks=0;NetCacheCollection=0;NetCacheCardValues=1”
