there is this really annoying thing about people adding you after a loss just to grief at you and send some insults your way. this is really terrible for the community.
but don’t worry I can suggest a fix, add a report button and make is so when someone accepts your friend request you can not remove them form the friend list for 1 hour after they accepted (so they can’t disappear afterwards).

If you look on the battlenet chat you can still see their details and there’s a send feedback option on one of the tabs.
The issue with adding a report button is that the majority of the time it’s gona be people wasting time I.e. “X bEaT mE, Dey UsE HaXx!”
I see what you are saying but it can’t be a reason not to do it. There are a lot of people doing that and this needs to be addressed.

As Ixnay already said, it is already addressed. In the battle.net app you can see the chat history (including from people who unfriended you after sending a message). And you can right-click to report any message received.
