When will it be possible to get portraits from pre-orders of the year of the dragon?

What I’d like to get is those portraits from the Mech set, where all the heroes looked like giant Mechs. Those are cool.
It seems like they’re unavailable even for money.
They were sold as pre-order exclusives so I’m not sure if they’ll ever be available (or if they even legally can make them available).

Yeah I saw my friend check out the shop some time ago and I noticed the Thunder King portrait being sold in the shop for cash.
