Can a quest also be mandatory before you even have used your 1 swap a day? Got a 50g quest today (and I wanna swap it) but the blue arrow-circle thing doesn’t even show up for me.
It’s not quite 1 a day but 1 every 24 hours (for me it always seems more like 23 but I’ve never properly checked exactly), so it might not have been 24 hours since you last rerolled.

Ahh okay, I always thought it was each day, and I was always able to switch quests right when the time pass the 23:59. I might be wrong then, but thank you for ellaborating!

The reroll has only become available to me after a few hours, never immediately
It is weird that it’s slightly less than 24 hours, but I’m not complaining as that comes in handy if say I have my break at work 15 minutes earlier than the day before the reroll is still there. If I go a string of days where I log in close to the reset, the reroll is always available but if I through in a day where I’m a bit late, I have to wait, which is why I think it’s every 23 hours, but I don’t care anywhere near enough to science it out 
The way reroll works is around a set time it refreshes, bot entirely sure when but I know when but it’s best doing rerolls well before midnight as there are many times I play late reroll and if I get on hearthstone early next morning get to reroll again.
…that’s weird, it definitively hasn’t ever worked like that for me. It’s only ever refreshed just before the 24 hour mark and I’ve pretty much checked my quests every day for the last 6 years
