Hello dear minions of the mighty Chicken Hunter.

:slight_smile: ok long story short i made a fun chicken Deck for wild and i dont have illusions of grandeur but i would love to make it a bit more viable.

so far it works fine and id like to take it to ladder maybe but im very sure i need the help of the wild people :slight_smile:

The Goal is to get the one mana minions big with the Hobgoblin and the Magic Carpet and sometimes even go face with the Boars or when the Rhino is out.

its really fun especially when you attacked with an 8 dmg chicken before but i really would love to make that deck a little stronger

but im still on a budget because even tough i have a good amount of dust id rather not spent to much on wild right now but im willing to spend a little :slight_smile:

anyone of you guys have a opinion about the deck or ideas for improvement

The Wisps are Hobgoblins and the Penguin is a Magic Carpet.

Furthermore I’d get rid of the chickens, but I assume that’s the flavor of the deck (pun intended).

well its amazing that after i really put a bit of elbowgrease into the deck i still missread the hobgoblin …

i thought its 1 mana guy like the carpet but then ofc its better to get more 1 attack people …

welli might work on sheercolds idea to play it in paladin together with crystilisation … but thats another story :slight_smile:

while doing my laundry after i postet my list i was thinking about getting rid of the chickens as well tbh.

Well my first observation is that you want double mater’s call in there as it either gets you 3 beast or gets you one of the cards that makes your deck tick.

After that I’d cut out a lot of the “tech” cards, corsair, owl, deadly and add things like alley cat and hyena. Your pretty much giving up your tech options by adding the chickens :grin:

man i feel dumb xD will go in for sure

the chickens arent the main thing on the whole story

i added them because they are really funny :slight_smile: but youre right the chickens might fall soon …

then its carpet hunter? xD or goblin hunter? xD

Yeah I think carpet goblin hunter is enough of a meme and the chickens are both just terrible. At least with angry chicken you can try some funky OTK that maybe you can build a deck around, gurubashi chicken has no redeeming qualities.

I told you already, would play this in paladin with the 1-1 synergy cards in the class and the extended secret package (now whit secrets that actually help you stay alive) only problem is there’s no chance to beat Cyclone Mage and Control Warlock

My theme would be face damage really,

Meanstreet Marshal (works with avenge, with the carpet, draw is very important ;^;)
Firefly basically a 2 drop that costs 1 and has 1 attack :slight_smile:

So they pushed 1 atk minions then 1 hp minions, I’m glad to see the guy making the cards for priest is now making the ones for pally
Yes, I am still bitter about Equality, Tarim, Divine Favor and Level Up

so adding the master calls and the scalehide was a blessing

I’d change that out for alley cats or some other cheap beast (dire frenzy?) as it messes with the master’s call.

Well the carddraw is really strong.

I had fashioned a ‘1attack’ deck a couple of months ago and the Hobgoblin and that 0/3 ‘give a summoned Beast +1/+1’ Shrine were afaik cummulative, same as multiple Hobgoblins. So you might be able to fashion mean Chicken anyway :slight_smile:
