So I did not pay for the rewards track in BGs - as it is basically a complete waste of money, or is it?
Since the patch and everything, I have been struggling in the BGs on so many levels like never before:
6-7 players play the same tribe and they all have enough minions (golden ones and so on), except me… (so what are they doing differently that the game offers them minions?) Before you ask: I have tried many times to switch tribes, it simply does not work. I am at that point too far behind.
quests I am given have absolutely horrendous conditions, combinations of requirements and rewards are usually not on the same level and they are most of the time useless for whatever tribe I am losing with at that point. Example: The last game one of my quests was to spend 120 gold!!!
others have their quests done by turn 4-5, I finish quests on turn 11 - you guessed it, in my losing game.
So is this the way Blizzard tells me to GIVE THEM MY DAMN MONEY? So, my darlings, I bought your stupid miniset (which I already regret), so let me end up in the top 4 at least once in a while. Thank you!!!
Yep, there are some popular streamers who pointed the same problems right after the patch went on. We all know it was always rigged, now you just feel it more
I swear to my mother’s grave brother,i avoid forums after Runestone update,i logged just now to post about this.I’ve lost more than 400 rank the past 4 days, just now 4 players were mechs and suddendly i see them having 6/7 golden murlocs passed 10 coin turn, meanwhile i can post my last games to prove that i cant even make a triplet golden, especially after 1-2 from the start that the game is cheesing you so it can bind you to stick to a tribe,i cant get any triplet, nor a minion of my tribe at all!
Rig gone way too far this time, and we all know why.Thinking of trully deleting the game this time…
I’m actually at my highest mmr ever (I think), mainly cause the reward track gave me incentive to play a bit more. Maybe being used to only having 2 heroes is giving me an edge against those used to have 4. Maybe I’ve adapted to the quests better than most. Maybe they’re rigging it for me cause I’ve never spent any money or even gold on BG’s.
I do have the pass and everything, because I love the game and want to extract the maximum from it to support it, and I’m still an average/above average player at BG and elsewhere.
Just goes to show you; it doesn’t matter if you spend money or not.
It’s only your skills that matter.
We are on the same page then. BGs were like a retreat for me from all the crazy s–t happening in standard, but now I honestly cannot enjoy them anymore. And I will probably leave the game as well with the next exp.
