Spellburst bugs?

Hello Blizzard and everyone!
I encountered a couple of interactions with new spellburst mechanic that seem to be bugs.

  1. Opponent played two spellburst minions but didn’t activate spellburst on them them. After that, on my turn I played a spell and it poped spellburst on his minnions, not really activated though - but depleted (the symbol at the bottom of the card was gone). The spell was Wave of Apathy.

  2. I played new Headmaster Kel’Thuzad card and then played Shadow Word: Ruin spell which killed two enemy minions. I expected Kel’Thuzad to summon those minnions for me, but it didn’t happen. Based on the Headmaster Kel’Thuzad wording “Spellburst: If the spell destroys any minnions, summon them” this should clearly be a bug. And I think the weird thing about this interaction was that spellburst seemingly (as I watched the animations) activated before the spell.
