Still unable to see 1000 win portraits on mobile

I have 1000 wins with warrior but I am still seeing the 500 win version. I have tried re-installing, not sure if this is a mobile bug but I only play on mobile (Iphone). I also can’t see the halloween costumes the heroes have in dual class arena. Not sure if that info would help.

Same. Havn’t been able to use it. Got to see it once then it was gone :frowning:
