There has been a change implemented where The Galactic Projection Orb now recasts spells based on the cost a card was played at rather than the normal cost of the spell.
In a game I just played, I cast an Ice Block after a Lotheb was payed so it cost 8, then playing The Galactic Projection Orb it cast Ice Block in addition to another 3 cost spell. However, this seems specific to the Orb because Grey Sage Parrot never cast the 8 mana Ice Block, only the Orb.
It seems odd to change the functionality of the card after so long but I can’t see any reference to it in the patch notes or anywhere else.
