Time to nerf dr boom?

I believe this card was not good compared to other hero cards in past meta but now with the rotation the design becomes really stupid and dr boom becomes a autowin vs other control decks and aggro decks and you get is so early into the game if drawn.
I believe hagata and zul’jin is in good spots mainly because they also have throwbacks. (hagata deals 3 dmg to your own minions and zul’jin target spells randomly)
Hagata cost 8 mana and zul’jin 10 mana
But 7 mana to give yourself 7 armor, mech minions gets passive rush and a cycle between 5 strong heropowers feels a little overwhelming specially with the new 4/5 mech that deals 10 dmg to a minion.
Should atleast nerf the mana cost to 10 mana so it feels like a lategame wincondition and imo it’s would be well deserved.
