I’m just wondering whether or not its battlecry goes off if played against just 1 minion.
Id assume thats the drawback.
They didnt too it until not too far ago to begin with
yes, it does deal damage if there’s just 1 enemy minion.
edit: Ixnay is right of course. I didn’t expect anyone to expect to see 8 damage onto the same minion, but now I realize that it could be interpreted that way.
Yes, but only 4 (so not both parts of the battlecry). They made a change not to long ago that made all things that are designed for multi-minions, still work on solo minions (cleave, forked lightning etc) so the Tyrant fits into this category.

Next time you need extra characters, try using an emoji - it counts the letters used in the making of it towards the limit.
This for example, or whatever else might fit your situation.
