How many times I have to write the same post for someone in blizzard to respond on the current situation ?? Arena is bugged and prizes are missing after finishing a run… that happened to me 2 times …the last time I got 12-2 chest and the 2 golden packs that are in the reward pool are not given to me and cannot be found in the pack opening interface!! This is not professional from devs and customer support I’m waiting for someone to give me my 2 golden packs jeez… fix this bug already wtf
isnt it theres a chance for you to get the golden packs?
no brother , the only rewards that are by chance are the last ones on the right for example 12-2 is 1 extra pack or golden legendary basically the one with question mark…
