I am absolutely sick to death of fellow players trying to wind me up in this game.
Constant emoting in Hearthstone gives me pure rage.
Hello, greetings and all the other crap in the final round of a match up…
Especially when the opponent just fluked it.
I actually head butted my laptop screen out a few years ago because of this
and couldn’t get on the internet for three weeks.
I have fifteen pages in my transaction history since 9 Aug 2016…
Paying money to feel aggressive…
I have had issues with anger since being young and try to be calm
but this just fuels the aggression.
Put a sorry emote in so I can apologize for playing fast
because it seems most players don’t like me for this.
Diminishing mental health is probably the best reason to quit a thing you enjoy.
I squelch the opponent at the start of a match. Sometimes, I forget, it would be great to have “autosquelching” in options.
Anyway, if you have anger-management issues, maybe, consult it with some professional? I have these problems too, but yours seem worse.
Squelch does not work mate, it never has.
If you use HDT, there’s a plugin for auto-squelching.
@Rival, what do you mean squelch doesn’t work?
Yes squelch doesn’t work,
and professional help.
Thanks
@Rival: I really do not understand what are you talking about
You mean when you squelch, you still see the opponent’s portrait glowing whenever he says something, and you imagine the most horrible things?
Well, that can’t be helped. Our imagination is more powerful than any game mechanism.
I press squelch on the portrait face.
It says squelch on screen.
Opponent still spams emotes which I can read and hear.
It has always been like this.
When it says squelch on screen, do you click it?
As somebody once said:
“Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.”
Which is why I stopped tweeting.
I will always hate keyboard warriors.
If they acted this way in the street it would be them suffering…
Well, in that case, I am lucky and I do not meet emote spammers or something I though that their silence is caused by me squelching them
So I have to click twice?
I guess… Click the portrait, then click the squelch button. So, yeah, two clicks.
After all this time…
Sorted mate
