Why is there a wand thief in every arena deck no matter which class but not in mine, an actual mage?
There is no Wand Thief in every arena deck. For instance, my current arena deck does not have a Wand Thief.
Wand Thief is a dual-class card, Rogue/Mage, so it can be offered as a card to draft for those two classes. Other classes might, with the right cards and a lot of luck, be able to generate copies but they will NOT have Wand Thief in their drafted deck.
If you have real evidence of an Arena deck that is not for Mage or Rogue, and that yet does have Wand Thief in its starting deck, then please share that evidence on the Bug Report Forum.
Either you never got offered a Wand Thief during the draft, which is possible given the randomness of the process. Or you did get it offered but you picked one of the two other cards because you at that time preferred that choice.

Ohhh okay, I recall hearing something about dual class cards but I wasn’t around for those expansions. Thanks for the explanation.
