Why are old adventures still so expensive?

It made my wonder why these old ones are still at their original prices? Would it not be nice to put them on specials with 50 % off - I think that I would not be the only one to actually get those?

I think that is the point. Now we have standard, wild and classic. Hence people still need those cards, from adventures, to progress on some ladder. Sooo, they are milking the cow a bit more.

Well, since probably only the legendaries are worth anything, it is much easier and cheaper just to craft those we want/need.

But it would be interesting to peek under the hood how often people still buy those adventures. We will never know, though.

The issue is that dust is still worth the same. So if you made them 50% then you’d be better off to buy the adventure and dust everything than buy new packs.

The only way they could ever make them that cheap is if they made all the cards non-dustable.

I must say that I actually never considered the dust aspect in that, as I am more of a collector, so the idea of dusting the stuff to get a bit ahead on dust did not occur to me. Though I guess it is a bit of a drag to go through all the trouble to craft 1 legendary and 1 epic card (as adventure cards are worth approx. 2300 dust - correct me if I am wrong).

Still I guess they could go 30 % down on those.

It varies. LoE gives you over 3000 dust, I remember that much.
