Anybody else get this?!
Far easier to get a string of losses than wins.
What is the most losses you’ve had in a row recently?
Currently in the last 150 games or so I’ve had 8 in a row, 7 in a row and quite a few 5’s…

This is a real sore spot for me. Near the beginning of the month, I was playing totem shaman and went on a massive win streak, just blitzed everything. I got to D1, 3 stars and ended my game session. (Looking back I should of carried on playing)
I logged on the next day and proceeded to lose the next 13/14 (can’t remember exact number) but I ended up back at D5. Horrendous session. I kid you not, I faced seven ramp Palladins in a row, absolutely ridiculous. I should of stopped playing after dropping to D2 but I couldn’t believe how my deck had switched from blitzing all, to not being able to win anything.
I bounced around ranks until this weekend I loaded up a home brew Highlander Mage and rode that deck all the way through to legend so it worked out good in the end.
It still hurts though that losing streak, hurts bad.
After 2 losses i usually stop playing, so that is my limit.
If you play in an enrage or distracted state you are more likely to lose cause unable to focus and might miss a good move or make a mistake that the enemy takes advantage of. I even saw in other games people triggering others with toxicity with the aim to make them anger and therefore lose focus and make the win more easy.
My suggestion is always the same: after 2, maybe 3 losses take a break. Get some coffee/tea/water, maybe play another game or do something relaxing, then jump right back in. For example i would play HS, and when i get that point of 2-3 losses i would simply turn it off, work on my projects for 30 minutes to an hour minimum before trying again.
Seppy is right
It’s funny, one would say that this is just a stupid game, but from my experience, the actual physical and mental state of the player has quite an effect on the performance. Some days, it is just better to stop an relax
Played like I just didn’t care today and made it to Legend.
Congrats bud, that’s your first time right?
Like the Guinness advert proudly announces “Good things come to those who wait”
2nd time in the last 3 months
because blizzard designed 1 horrible matchmaking system and used it for heartstone, heroes of the storm and starcraft 2
They should be ach like for winning 12 games on the trot
At the start of the month I’ll rocket to Platinum, use up my stars by Plat 9, get to plat 2 then lose consistently until I quit for the month.
There is no point stopping just because you lost few games in a row…the only way to decrease the losses is to keep on playing to learn even more about the game.
And a big factor is that u need not just 1 main hero u play but 2-3 more to counter whatever u feel is played more. And rotate that ish untill u reach your goal.
There is a reason same players always get same ranks…not because of their cards because many people have same cards and decks…it’s about knowing what to play at the right time. BOL YOUNG PANDA
