Faced a bunch of Pirate Warriors today. The interesting part (and you aggro folks out there will love this) is that I caught one playing Hack the System. If you think about it, it kinda makes sense. When you run out of fuel, you are basically putting 2 4/3 on board as long as you have a weapon.

the pirate warrior archetype is been relevant in wild for the past 2 months at least, now with hack the system it’s just better as you run 2 N’zoths anyways and some 2 mana gain 4 attack and more cards like that, I actually wanted to point this out but I knew Toad doesn’t do wild stuff… and everyone else is not interested about aggro

i wasnt refering to Pirate Warrior, i used to play alot of PW along with Control Wall Shaman back in the day (in Wild), but more like to Aggro Rogue which is basically the same RoS deck with like… 2 additions, pretty much like Control Warrior. Those decks changed so little, especially Rogue its the same boring sh!t. But anyway that was on another thread.
Anyway i checked some Wild lists but they all look like the old PW and i wanted to try the quest version, might have some late game.
I don’t know the exact list since he didn’t draw his whole deck. I also checked on HSReplay and found no deck looking like it. However, I’m assuming it looks something like this:

This is the “standard” Pirate Warrior list, minus Sir Finley, plus Hack the System. Maybe it’s even worth to drop the Arcanite Reaper for another Cursed Blade for the sake of having mana to put up two 4/3 on the board in one turn. I’m going to give it a shot on the ladder to see what happens.

Still not sure if i should craft patches tough
Played 8 ranked matches (5W3L) with the list I shared above from R13 to R11. I’m pretty sure I’m not piloting the list correctly but from what I observed the first turns are really awkward because of the quest. With coin and a good starting hand is fine, powerful even. But without coin and no weapon on T1, it’s hands down awkward as hell. I’m seriously considering dropping the Arcanite Reaper for another Cursed Blade because of this.
The good news is that I won a couple of games at T11 and T13 because of the quest. The bad news is that players tend to emote a lot now and the only friend request I got wasn’t that friendly. 
Too soon to evaluate, but I’ll keep you posted.
